Our concrete pipe molds come in three different joint styles: Flat Joint, Socket & Spigot Joint, and Tongue & Groove Joint. They are recognized for their easy-to-open design, uniform shape, and high-quality craftsmanship. With tens of thousands sold annually, they provide outstanding value for money.

■ Inner diameters range from Ф200 to 2400mm, with lengths customizable between 1m and 5m.

■ Pipes are categorized into flat joint, tongue and groove joint, and socket and spigot joint types.

■ Extensive practical experience has led to an optimized gap ratio, ensuring the molds are effortless to open.

■ The advanced anti-leakage design guarantees smooth, burr-free pipe joints.

■ The concrete pipe molds are equipped with friction rings made from 45# cast steel and premium steel plates from Jigang, with retaining rings that meet stringent national standards, ensuring they are durable and wear-resistant.

■ Welds are smooth, aesthetically pleasing, and made with thick, sturdy materials, which enhance the molds' longevity.

■ Typically, it takes 10-15 minutes to produce a concrete pipe. The number of molds required depends on your production volume, with natural curing taking one day for mold release, and steam curing requiring 3-4 hours.
