Constructed with a robust welded steel frame, the cutter suction dredger has a 10mm thick bottom plate and 6mm thick sides and deck. It includes three hydraulic winches at the front of the engine room deck and two positioning pile cylinders at the stern. Anchor rods are fitted on the side floats, and four ballast tanks are positioned at the ends of the floats to ensure stability.
The cutter suction dredger is fully disassemblable for easy transportation by rail, road, or sea. The engine and pump are located in the central engine room, while the side hulls are used for fuel, ballast, and storage. The engine room is watertight for added safety.
The cutter shaft operates with a sealed bearing and is lubricated by high-pressure oil from a deck-mounted reservoir. The control room, elevated above the lounge, provides a 360-degree view, and features air conditioning and an adjustable seat for comfort. The lounge below includes space for a table and sleeping area. Safety features include water cannons, fire extinguishers, and life rafts.
