The dredger ship is built with a welded steel frame, featuring a 10mm thick bottom plate and 6mm thick sides and deck. It includes three hydraulic winches at the front of the main engine room deck and two positioning pile cylinders at the rear. Anchor rods are mounted on the side floats, and there are four ballast tanks at the ends of these floats to ensure stability.
The dredger ship can be easily disassembled for transport by rail, road, or sea. The engine and pump are situated in the central engine compartment, while the side hulls are used for fuel, ballast, and storage. The engine room is water-tight for additional safety.
The cutter shaft uses a sealed bearing and is lubricated by high-pressure oil from a deck-mounted reservoir. The control room, positioned above the lounge, provides an unobstructed view with air conditioning and an adjustable seat for comfort. The lounge area below has space for a table and sleeping area. Safety features on the vessel include water cannons, fire extinguishers, and life rafts.
