The split hopper barge is built with a welded steel structure, featuring a 10mm thick bottom plate and 6mm thick sides and deck. It includes three hydraulic winches on the main engine room deck, two positioning pile cylinders at the stern, and anchor rods on the side floats. Four ballast tanks at the float ends provide stability.
The split hopper barge is designed for easy disassembly and transportation by rail, road, or sea. The central engine compartment houses the engine and pump, while the side hulls are used for fuel, ballast, and storage. The engine room is watertight.
The cutter shaft is maintained with a sealed bearing and lubricated by high-pressure oil from a deck-mounted reservoir. The control room, situated above the lounge, offers a clear 360-degree view, and includes air conditioning and an adjustable seat. Below, the lounge area accommodates a table and sleeping space. Safety features are comprised of water cannons, fire extinguishers, and life rafts.
